Check it off my bucket list!

I grew up in Southern California and NEVER went Surfing! Terrible!!! Well we finally went! We had surf lessons and they were great! I loved surfing and so did Rob. I now see why they all have good bodies! Its hard work! We loved it and I think I will do it everytime we go to Hawaii! Surfs up!

Hawaii Vacation 2012

Our Hawaii vacation was amazing! The best vacation I have ever been on...We went to Oahu for 3 days and Maui for 6. The flight was OK on the way there...But on the way back it was a whole nother story. The kids were exaused and couldn't get comfortable. But that was the worst part.

The rest of the trip was AMAZING! Here are some funny things that happened that I didn't wasnt to forget.
-Lots of people in Hawaii have Ombre, But its natural from the sun, Not the salon

-Once when we were up on a cliff overlooking the water a truck stuck a bad full of weed out their window , asking if we wanted any!

-We went whale watching, and surfing,
-we ate at Cheeseburger in Paradise,

-we loved shaved ice
-we went to North Shore
-Sadies Favorite part of the trip was the alligator (ElavATOR)
It was so awesome to go on our first of many family vacations, just the 4 of us! I love our family. We are so fortunate to go on a trip like that! Im thankful! Ok. Now back to reality! Waaa!

Hawaii here we come!

Tonight I gave the kids bath and we are getting ready for our Hawaii trip and we did the works, Painted Sadies nails and blew dry her hair. Drake and Rob got haircuts. I did my hair and Tan Towels. and we packed! It's on Hawaii! We leave tomorrow at 1:00. Here's to hoping my kids don't loose it on the flight! I also just had to post a picture of her hair so she can see how much hair she had...even before she was 3! Its nuts! But I love Love Love doing her hair! I love doing Drakes spiky do also (sorry Drake).

Robs Guy Trip

Aaron, Tim, Mike and Rob all went skiing in Denver and went to the Bears vs. Broncos game! I think the Bears lost....That was the only negative thing about his trip.... Oh well...there's always next year :)

Christmas 2011

This Christmas was AWESOME! The kids are getting so fun and funny. Sadie and Drake loved all their Christmas presents. This years the big present was the kitchen and play food. It was a hit. Sadie still doesn't quite understand how Santa brings all of the presents and everything, but I think next year will be even better! I can't even write in a blog how fortunate I feel. My kids are everything I ever wanted and more. They are so sweet hearts and love them with all my heart!

Christmas night we had the waldschmidts over for Lobster dinner that Rob made and it was so nice to have then all here with us. I really can't remember our lives before they moved her last July!

New Years 2012

This new years was GREAT! Dinner with The waldschmidts and the Hamiltons at Sullivan's in Dallas...(even though Rob diddn't like our table because it wasn't in the main room)...He always likes to have a good table. We had a funny Asian waiter, we ate 4 dinner courses each, and we ate them out of house and home... Then we went to Frisco Bar for 45 minnutes of Dancing and Drinks, (we had to be home by 10pm) and then came back to our house to play the Wii. (which we never even figured out how to hook it up) ...So we just danced some more in our livingroom and konked out after the countdown at midnight. It was a great night! Im so thankful to have such fun people to go out with.

Next time the Seeleys and the Bettencourts need to come too :)
